Herbal Discovery Journey

Course Overview

Have you ever asked yourself what actually classifies as a herb?

For me, being a senior traditional herbalist, every plant, weed, tree, berry..

you name it.. is classified as useful and therefore part of my ‘herbal’ basket.

I often think what the old sages would have done back in the day

when they were coming down with a cold, the flu or when their animals suddenly became sick? They didn’t have pharmacies as such,

but beautiful herbal apothecaries,

that would stock every herb, spice, or food needed for many different ailments.

They were in tune with nature and knew how to use

the beautiful offerings of the natural world.

In my herbal discovery journey, I want to bring a little bit of knowledge back

and connect you with your roots and herbal wisdom that you carry deep within.

I will introduce my favourite medicinal herbs as well as

teach you how you can tune in with plants to gain knowledge

and their healing benefits.

Also, I am proud to share a few of my herbal remedies each week

as we go through the course. From creating your own healing oils

and making them into balms, to tea blends and the art of essence making.

Not one week will be the same as the other.

If you want to learn some easy and simple ways to help yourself

and to put a herbal garden together, how to grow, harvest,

dry and store herbs, then you are in the right place!
